Elegant brut sparkling wine made with the Charmat method. Starting from the must at harvest, a single fermentation with refinement on yeasts for at least six months, preserving all the fragrance of the original grape, gives this Chardonnay Spumante Brut unique aromas and fine and persistent perlage.

Grape variety:  Chardonnay
Production area:  The grapes come from vineyards with characteristics that enhance the freshness that distinguishes it. Vineyards located in the cooler areas and slopes of the hills cultivated by member winemakers are preferred.
Vinification: In white with direct foaming in autoclave, starting from must just obtained from pressing fresh grapes.
Maturation: minimum 6 months on the lees.
Color:  Crystalline, straw yellow with greenish reflections, synonymous with great freshness.
Aroma:  Intense, fragrant and fruity; in particular, notes of bread crust, yeast and banana emerge.
Taste:  The fine and delicate bubbles are pleasant on the palate; it is fresh, soft with a subtle flavour.
Perlage:  Fine and persistent.
Best time to consume:  1-3 years.
Pairings:  Recommended as an aperitif, with appetizers, with vegetables, with shellfish such as oysters or lobsters. It also goes well with cream-based desserts.
Serving method:  In a flute, just opened, at a temperature of 8-10°C.
