A particularly early ripening vine capable of producing white wines that stand out for the intensity of their aromas and their pleasantness on the palate.
Wine:  Piemonte Chardonnay DOC Grape variety:  Chardonnay  Production area: The grapes come from vineyards with characteristics that enhance the freshness that distinguishes it. Vineyards located in the cooler areas and slopes of the hills cultivated by member winemakers are preferred. Vinification:  In white with fermentation temperature around 16°C. Maturation: In steel, for a variable time depending on the characteristics of the vintage. Color:  Crystalline, straw yellow with greenish reflections, synonymous with great freshness. Aroma:  Intense, fragrant and fruity; in particular, notes of bread crust and green apple emerge. Taste:  The freshness and structure strike the palate, it is a full-bodied and harmonious wine. Best time to consume:  1-2 years. Pairings:  Recommended as an aperitif, with starters, with vegetables, with white meats, with tench risotto, with baked trout. Serving method:  In not very large glasses, just opened, at a temperature of 8-10°C.
