Pavillon de Léoville Poyferré is the second wine of Chateau Léoville Poyferré. This wine is produced mainly from the younger vines of the Estate. The same winemaking philosophy is applied to its production as to Château Léoville Poyferré and Château Moulin Riche.

Second wine of Château Léoville Poyferré, it benefits from the same care as its big brother, both in the vineyard and in the cellars. Charming, accessible from its youth, bright and fruity, it reveals the finesse, elegance and balance of the Grand Vin.

18 months in French oak barrels, all second fill. Racking and egg white fining in barrel.

Manual harvest into crates. Manual sorting of whole bunches, then individual berry selection by optical sorter

Vinification:
