Aroma: Intense and persistent, ethereal, vinous, with hints of berries
Taste: Warm and enveloping, with a good body, appropriately tannic
Production area: Entire territory of Parteolla and surrounding areas, characterized by medium-textured soils composed of Miocene clayey limestone, with a medium hillside location and a semi-arid climate
Production technology: After destemming and crushing, the grapes undergo fermentation, remaining in contact with the skins for seven days. After pressing, the Cannonau is aged in barrels and vitrified cement tanks. It is released for consumption only after April 1st of the year following the harvest.
Aging: Best consumed after at least one year from the harvest date, allowing for bottle aging. It is a wine suited for medium aging, to be consumed within 3-4 years from the harvest date
Storage temperature: In cool, dry, and light-protected places
Serving temperature: 18-20°C
