Balanced, round and mediumbodied, this wine is deliciously fruity and easy to drink. It can be cellared 5 years and more.

Ageing:

6 months in barrels of 2 wines and 6 months in vats. Finning with egg white

Blend:

1% Cabernet Franc

10 % Merlot

2 % Petit Verdot

87 % Cabernet Sauvignon

Harvest:

Manual harvest with sorting of the grape son the vine and sorting of the grapes after destremming by optical sorting machine

Vinification:

In thermoregulated stainless steel vats and 1 month vatting.
