Sparkling rosé wine rich in aromas and with a low alcohol content. Cornareto® is obtained from the vinification with short maceration of local black grapes.

Vinification:  Brief maceration in the press, followed by white vinification at controlled temperature and refermentation in an autoclave.
Maturation: short in steel.
Color:  Bright cherry red.
Aroma:  Thanks to the selection of the most suitable grapes and a fermentation at low temperatures, this rosé releases very intense sensations that recall fresh fruit, cherries and strawberries, and flowers such as roses.
Taste:  In the mouth the wine is slightly lively, fresh and sweet.
Best time to consume:  1-2 years.
Pairings:  It is a wine suitable as an aperitif or throughout the meal, especially with fish dishes, starters, soups and pizza.
Serving method:  In medium-sized glasses, freshly uncorked, at a temperature of 8-10°C.
