Typical Piedmontese white grape rediscovered in the 80s. Widespread in various Piedmontese wine-growing areas, including the Sandamianese area, it produces a soft, fruity and elegant wine.
Wine:  Terre Alfieri Arneis DOCG
Grape variety:  Arneis 
Production area:  The vineyards are located on the most suitable hills around San Damiano d'Asti, called Colline Alfieri.
Vinification: The grapes harvested in crates are vinified in white with soft pressing and fermentation no higher than 17°C.
Maturation: In steel for a short period after the end of fermentation.
Color:  Crystalline, straw yellow with greenish reflections, synonymous with great freshness.
Aroma:  Elegant, fruity and floral; notes of white peach and white flowers stand out.
Taste:  The freshness and light sapidity strike the palate, it is a harmonious wine.
Best time to consume:  1-2 years.
Pairings:  Recommended as an aperitif, with starters, with vegetables, with white meats, with an artichoke risotto or a slice of cod with oil and parsley.
Serving method:  In not very large glasses, just opened, at a temperature of 8-10°C.
