£72.00

White wine obtained from Sauvignon grapes, an international vine that finds an interesting expression in our territory. Its best expression is in its particularly intense aroma.
Wine:  Piemonte Sauvignon DOC

Production area: The grapes come from vineyards with characteristics that enhance the freshness that distinguishes it. Vineyards located in the cooler areas and slopes of the hills cultivated by member winemakers are preferred.
Vinification: In white with fermentation at a maximum temperature of 17°C
Maturation: In steel, for a variable time depending on the characteristics of the vintage.
Color:  Crystalline, straw yellow with greenish reflections. Visually, the structure of this Sauvignon is already evident when swirling the glass.
Aroma:  Aromatic, intense and fragrant; in particular, pleasant floral notes emerge.
Taste:  The structure and the retro-olfactory sensations strike the palate, re-presenting the previously described bouquet with a long persistence.
