Production Area: Senorbì, characterized by medium-textured soils made of clayey limestone, with a medium hilly position
Production Method: Careful vineyard cultivation, with a yield of 90 quintals per hectare achieved by thinning the clusters. Hand harvesting occurs at the ideal ripening time to achieve the perfect balance of sugar and acidity. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures to enhance its characteristics. After aging in steel, the wine is bottled.
